China Appraisal Society (CAS) is a self-disciplinary organization of the appraisal profession and owns the legal person qualification.

l  The National Assembly of CAS is its supreme body and is convened every five years.

l  The CAS Council is the executive body of the National Assembly.

l  The Standing Council is the standing body of the CAS Council, which exercises power on behalf of the Council during close sessions of the Council.

l  Professional committees are in charge of studying professional management and technical issues of the profession.

l  Specialized committees are responsible for undertaking management functions of the Council.

l  The CAS Secretariat is a standing working agency.

l  Local divisions are local institutions on asset appraisal and are guided by this society.
