From April 2nd to April 12th, a 14-person delegation of the Australian Property Institute (API) Practitioners visited China. During the visit, the API and the China Appraisal Society (CAS) signed the Memorandum of Understanding in Beijing; co-organized the international seminars in Beijing and Suzhou; and also co-hosted practitioners’ meetings in Beijing and Shanghai.
