China Appraisal Society assembled the 2nd Meeting of the 3rd Council of CAS on 10th Oct, 2009, Beijing. The meeting voted Ms. He Bangjing, member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of 17th National Congress of the CPC and the Disciplinary Inspection Group leader in the Ministry of Finance, as the new President of China Appraisal Society.
