The organization with supreme power in CAS is National Assembly of Delegates of CAS, which is convened every five years.

The CAS Council is the executive body of the National Assembly and responsible for the National Assembly. The Standing Council is the standing body of the CAS Council, which exercises power on behalf of the Council when it is between sections.

There are several specialized committees and professional committees under the CAS Council. The former is a specialized working agency for the Council to fulfill its obligations, whereas the latter is a professional working agency for the Council to handle professional management as well as technical problems in the course of development of the appraisal profession. Offices of all these committees are established at the departments concerned of the CAS Secretariat of the entrusted competent authorities.

The CAS Secretariat is a standing working agency, which is responsible for the implementation of all the resolutions and decisions issued by the National Assembly, the CAS Council and the Standing Council, or at the working meetings held by the president of CAS. In addition, it is also in charge of routine work of CAS.
